Geralt meets two ošetřovatelky when he climbs down from the ramparts of Stará Wyzima, having fought his way from the hráz where he arrived, if he chooses neutrální. They are trying to reach the polní nemocnice which has been setup by Shani, but cannot make it unescorted through the fighting in the streets. They need the witcher's help.
